1) So you're not a real estate agency?
Nope. Been there, done that, graduated to real estate consulting, investing, and wholesaling. How come? Because we can help more people, have a greater impact, rebuild neighborhoods, and make a decent living purchasing fixer uppers for cash.
2) How do you benefit?
Each property we buy is given a complete makeover and sold for profit down the road. There's often months of cleaning and remodeling involved. And, on top of the purchase price, we risk tens of thousands of dollars to restore these homes. It takes patience, hard work, and deep pockets, but we can almost always resell 'em for more than we put into 'em.
3) Will you buy mine?
Most likely, yes. We're not picky at all. It's rare that we wouldn't at least make you an offer. Of all the calls and emails we get and the houses we go out and take a look at, I'd say we end up buying 60% of those properties. The other 40% is usually the owner changing their mind and deciding not to sell.
4) Does my property address have to be in Buckeye, Arizona?
Nope. Our company does business throughout Arizona. Buckeye, Phoenix, Flagstaff, Tucson, Kingman, Page, Alpine, Douglas, doesn't matter. If it's in AZ? We're interested.
5) What if it's in really crappy condition?
If I'm being brutally honest? We prefer it. Why? Well, the worse off the residence is, the cheaper we can buy it for. And the cheaper we buy it for, the more potential upside there is for us to fix it and flip it. I know that's not what you wanna hear, but who else is gonna take it as is? Plus, with that being said...
6) Do you pay cash?
Sure do. Depending on the sale price, "cash" could mean a check or wire transfer, but same thing. It's there for you to spend however you wish the same day we close. Speaking of closing...
7) How long does it take to close?
So we're the fastest home buyers in Arizona. Most times, we buy houses within 24 hours of someone reaching out. Then, depending on your situation, we can usually close within a few business days. Worst case scenario, you might be looking at a week and a half. Tops. But that's worst case. If there aren't any issues with the bank, title company, etc., we could easily close within the week.
8) What if I need to sell now, but don't have a plan B?
No worries. We'll help you figure out the best possible plan B. We can find a place to rent or buy that'll fit your budget and preferences perfectly. It's the least we can do.
9) What if I need to stay in the house for a while after I sell it to you?
That's okay as well. Whether it's you, your friends or family, or even tenants, we're pretty easy-going. Nobody's getting kicked to the curb without a place to live. We'll allow a grace period of up to 30 days if need be. Tell us what you need and we'll make it work.
10) What if I have old furniture, clothes, and other junk I don't want - do I need to get rid of it?
Not at all. Take what you want and leave the rest. Our pics tell the story: most of our investments come with plenty of baggage. We'll do all the sifting, sorting, donating, and disposing for ya.
11) Moving sucks. Can you help me?
Agreed. And yes, we insist. When moving day arrives, we're happy to hire a team of pros to tackle that on your behalf.
12) How do I know you're legitimate?
We've been doing the whole "sell my home myself" thing for a long long time. Since way before it was cool. Now days, there's a lot of copycats who're more interested in making a quick buck than serving their people and solving problems. And their negative reviews and subpar scores with the Better Business Bureau prove it. (If they're even registered, that is.) Us, on the other hand? We've got a decade-long track record of under-promising and over-delivering.
